Conkeror is a free opensource web browser. It is keyboard controlled, like a text browser. However, it does display images, videos, and plugins, unlike text browsers. It does not, however, have the ability to run in a terminal.
Conkeror uses the Gecko rendering engine, but is much lighter than Firefox. It also differs from Firefox in the fact that spellchecking is not enabled by default.
